New Kato's handles.

Hello. I have recently finished making handles for my new Kato petty and 240mm gyuto. I didn't take it to high grits because I wanted to feel the wood. I finished on 600 grit sanding paper and then using steel whool I've put some boiled Linseed oil on them. These are made of Ironwood and black Ebony which I brought from Denmark. I really like them.

And here is short movie where I am using my Kato petty for the first time. This is out of the box sharpness. I really enjoy the carrot part:D It was cutting so smooth. New handles are coming soon and now please enjoy the video:D
